LISTING IN BUCHAREST S.E.

The first Stock Exchange in Romania was initially founded in 1882, but was closed in 1948 after the nationalization of private property by the Communist regime.
The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) officially reopened on April 21st, 1995 by Decision No. 20 of the local Securities Commission and began trading on November 20th, 1995, with six companies and one session every week.

President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange until 2008 was Mr. Stere Farmache, who managed it successfully from the start of his evolvement. Today, Mr. Faramache is one of our company’s executives with the title of Executive Director of Global Stock Exchange Markets and parallel, member of the Board of Directors of Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The "Golden Decade" of BSE, was the period of 1999-2009, when its activities and capitalization increased by 924%.
Given this aforementioned increase, the Romanian stock market ranked on the second place globally, in terms of development and yield to the investors who participated in its sessions since 1999.
The Stock Exchange Market of Bucharest faced tremendous development because of the new perspectives that Directive MIFID opened. This gave the opportunity for a new market establishment, the Alternative Market AeRO which launched in 25 February of 2015. It replaced the alternative market that was working since 2010. AeRO can cover the needs of listing for all companies that do not fulfill the requirements and the sizes that the Regulated Market demands. Through the listing, new-established companies can find capital for new projects, increase their visibility and improve their business environment.
