DIVERSA A.E.B.E.

Diversa is the company-holder of the watch commercial chain ORA-ORA, a continuity of one of the oldest Greek companies in the area of watches. The company, with the facilitation of our executives, who initially processed its Business Plan, listed in the Alternative Market of Athens Stock Exchange on 11 June of 2010, which was for many years the last listing in the Greek Stock Exchange. Moreover, via our executives’ international contacts, between 21 and 23 of the same year, the company has been presented to the Polish investment community, in a special event in Warsaw, which has been co-organized with the participation of Warsaw Stock Exchange.
